Pantry is Live on the App Store!

I'm super excited to announce that Pantry is live on the App Store!

I was noticing its quite difficult to use the website; you always have to type in the URL, or open your bookmark, then log in— just for a less than native experience. So, over the last few months, I've built Pantry for the iPhone and iPad!

It's a much more frictionless experience, you'll stay logged in, get notifications directly on your phone when food is expiring. The camera is much more responsive, and overall, it's a much needed upgrade.

While building out the app I've had the ability to change how some things work, and add new features. I've added the ability to add foods from a list of foods you previously scanned. I've added more data you can log about the food items you scan. I added the ability to use or throw away foods. I've built the ability to track your macros when you use items, and I've added the ability to get a Pantry Pro membership.

The features won't be slowing down either, I have many more ideas: recipe recommendations, shopping list recommendations, roommate groups and receipt scanning so you don't have to scan each barcode.
